2. Shipping Issues/complication

International buying is encouraged and supported, however, it is up to the buyer to check customs laws in their countries, if a package gets left/held in customs in countries other than the US, it is the buyers responsibility, this also applies to customs duties. if customs duties are required, it is the buyers responsibility to fufill them.

If package is returned to sender for any reason, the item ordered will be held until contact from customer. customer will be held responsible for the cost of a new shipping label, or can request a partial refund (refund of cost of products, not including shipping.)

If customer provides incorrect shipping information, or selects incorrect shipping payment, customer will be contacted, customer has 5 business days before they will receive a warning email/text, notifying them that they need to update information or add funds. 3 business days after warning email has been sent, the customer will receive a partial refund, 5 dollars of the refund will go to card processing/wait time. if customer contacts within 7 business days of the first email, customer can request a full refund/apply additional funds/update information.

3.PPE warning.

some items in shop are potentially hazardous, Saluc Militaria does not take responsibility for damage to health or property from items bought from this site. not all items are in-date, please use all items with caution.

items sold at salucmilitaria.com shall not be used to incite violence, do harm, or to hurt others, or others personal property. Saluc Militaria does not take any responsibility for any personal harm, or damage products may assist in making. items sold on this site may not be used to assist in hurting police, military, government officials, private organizations, or the general public. doing so, with mention of Saluc Militaria may result in a fine.

all protective equipment sold on this website is NOT guaranteed to protect any individual, or pass any safety examination. products sold here are for collection purposes only. PPE will have all original parts unless stated, and should function, but we do not claim any responsibility if the PPE sold here fails, items that count as PPE are included, bu not limited to, gas masks, filters, plate carriers, ballistic plates, helmets, chemical suits, and chemical gloves.
